Mobridge Fire and Rescue along with Mobridge Regional Hospital Ambulance service were the ones who responded to a medical emergency at my dad’s house on Christmas Eve when he was having a heart attack. They all showed up ready to assist in any way possible and were very efficient and knowledgeable at their jobs. This gave myself and my family comfort in knowing they were doing their job to the best of their abilities to help my dad. Unfortunately, my dad passed away that day.
I will forever be grateful for our volunteer firefighters and our local ambulance service for showing up even on a holiday to assist in any way they can. Their dedication means a lot to our community to know they will always come in a time of need. I have gained a lot of respect for our emergency services, and I will always say they never truly get the recognition they deserve for taking time away from their own families to help others in a time of need. Way to go, Mobridge Emergency Services, on your amazing dedication and knowledge! You deserve to be recognized!
